Description
Black Label Society are an incredibly prolific band, but Mafia is a great starting point for new fans and a key highlight for OGs. Zakk Wylde and Co.s 2005 LP displays the full breath of their sound, from the emotionally-crushing In This River a power-ballad tribute dedicated to Dimebag Darrell to the steamrolling groove-metal banger that is Suicide Messiah. Plus, the slow-building intro of Fire it Up is one of the most exciting metal opening salvos of its era.
