On their third album, All That Remains did what many metalcore bands in the mid-2000s were doing and got more melodic. That gambit didnt pay off for all bands, but it did for ATR, as the Fall of Ideals quickly became a classic of the genre thanks to its anthemic hooks, snarling energy, and stadium-sized production from core wizard Adam Dutkiewicz of Killswitch Engage. Featuring fan favorites like This Calling and The Air That I Breathe, the LP is a pinnacle of its kind.
