Description
Alement is back with their first full length LP. It’s been 5 years since the release of the “Onward” EP, but the long wait has been worth it. Here Alement deliver up 7 perfectly honed crust tracks in the great English tradition.
Masterfully written, classic crust. Cavernous, grinding… scornful but triumphant. A brilliant album that conjures a quarrel with forces of nature and the metaphysical realm rather than orcs or riot cops. Crafted by dedicated musicians, this album has a depth and power that will only be strengthened with time. A sick album adorned with amazing album art that fits perfectly with their sound, giving subtle cues and references while pushing into the future and matching the depth and thought of the music. ALEMENT has been quietly churning out some of the best crust in the US for nearly a decade and this LP, their first release in years, is proof of that claim.
