MUDDY WATERS – FOLK SINGER – VINYL LP

Description

Rock n’ roll starts here. Assembled in 1958 and opening with the incendiary 1955 title track, Bo Diddley is an essential overview of the rock pioneer’s earliest singles – foundational recordings that laid the groundwork for an entire genre. The 12 tracks collected here, including “I’m A Man,” “Hey! Bo Diddley,” “Pretty Thing,” and other classics built around the instantly recognizable Bo Diddley beat, continue to inspire nearly 70 years later. Bring home the sound of America’s greatest blues label in high fidelity with the Chess Acoustic Sounds Series. These audiophile reissues of classic albums and compilations from the Chess Records discography are remastered from the original analog tapes and pressed on 180-gram vinyl at Quality Record Pressings (QRP). Each disc is packaged in tip-on gatefold sleeves printed on high-grade board.
