Description
The Used are back with their ninth studio album, Toxic Positivity. When frontman Bert McCracken says that the songs that comprise Toxic Positivity are some of the most sincere he has ever written, you know he doesn’t speak those words lightly. Over 20 years into their career, Toxic Positivity is everything fans have come to know and love from The Used straightforward, in-your-face, destructive, and vulnerable all at once. The follow-up to 2020’s Heartwork includes the track “Giving Up,” which McCracken describes using the William Shakespeare quote, “It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves.” Gatefold vinyl 2LP-set.
